RIVERS Main rivers ... LE VAR « Le var » and it's navigable 40 km offers a lot of trip for all levels and desires with the down part ideal for initiation (Class 2/3) and the wonderful "Gorges de Daluis" known as the little Nice Colorado (Class 4). Activities : Raft, Hot-Dog, Hydro-Speed LE VERDON The Verdon and its « Grand canyon » (The greatest European canyon ) offers us some wonderful aquatic trekking. Navigable parts (Class 2/3/4) are located in the middle of the "Parc regional du verdon" and gives us some trips in a emerald green water in a wonderful location. Activities : Raft, Hydro-Speed LA VESUBIE Vesubie, located 30 minutes from Nice, is one of the jewels of our region with its succession of calcite canyons and difficult rapids (Class 4). Can be navigated from April to June, Vesubie is the best for an Half day or a Day of adventure. Activities : Raft, Hot-Dog LA ROYA On the Roya river, located between the Italian boarder and the Mercantour national park, make the canyon with the more uneven of the country.
